How long can I get the feedbacks after we sent the inquiry?

What is your delivery time?

Sample order: 3~7 days, bulk order: 30 days according to the Qty.

Can you make OEM or ODM?

Yes, we can make the OEM and ODM for you if your quantity is big. Customer logo, color, shape, iron thickness, and package method are available.

How long will it take to execute my order?

This depends on the size and complexity of the order. Please let us know the quantity and your special requirement for the items so that we can advise a production schedule.

How much will the shipping charges ?

This will depend on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. When inquired about shipping charges, we hope that you let us know your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport. We will be grateful if you can spare us some minutes to help us since it will enable us to evaluate the cost based on the information provided.

What is our one piece price?

Usually, we have MOQ requirements about orders, but we can also provide you with only one piece of order as a sample try. The sample price will have a 15% increasing base on the MOQ price, but we will refund you the increasing parts in the next batch order upon MOQ. Please do not worry. Please inform us of your own courier account if you have it, or give us your detailed address so that we can calculate the express fee for you, thank you.

How to deliver the goods to us?

Usually, we will ship the goods to you by sea, because we are in Ningbo, and we are only 35 kilometers away from the Ningbo port, it is very convenient and efficient to ship goods to any other country. Of course, if your goods are very urgent, Ningbo airport and Shanghai airport are also very nearby.

What's the payment term?

When we provide you with a quotation, we will confirm the transaction method, FOB price, CIF price, etc. with you.

For mass-produced goods, you need to pay a 30% deposit before production, and the remaining 70% will be used for document copies. The most common method is wire transfer. A letter of credit is also acceptable.
